Jepang dengan euphoria film pornonya yang termasuk wahid di dunia ternyata tidak sejalan dengan keseharian yang sebenarnya ada.Jepang di kenal dengan ras yang memiliki gadis cantik imut,rambut hitam lurus,kluit yang putih memberikan image seolah -olah jepang sebuah negeri sex impian maaf bagi kaum adam di seluruh dunia.

Gaya pakaian,bau tubuh,maraknya cafe yang menyediakan gadis malam ,dibuatnya boneka- boneka mainan sexs menggambarkan bahwa jepang bukan negara yang tabu alias apapun halal dalam sexs.Pernah saya mengajukan pertanyaan kepada beberapa pemuda jepang tentang kapan mereka pertama kali sexs..Jawabanya membuat saya sedikit kaget.Beberapa dari mereka menjawab ketika umur 16 th ,15 tahun saat masih duduk di bangku SMP.Wow..apakah itu sepengetahuan orang tua mereka tentunya tidak meski para orang tua bisa memaklumi hal tersebut.

Meski anggapan sexs bukan sesuatu yang tabu lagi, sebenarnya jepang saat ini sedang mengalami sesuatu yang di sebut SEXLESS JAPAN.Dimana gejala ini sebenarnya di mulai sekitar tahun 90 an.Sebutan ini tentunya sebutan bagi pasangan yang sudah menikah dan tidak berlaku bagi pasangan di luar nikah karena fakta justru bayi banyak di buat saat pasangan pra nikah.
Kata kata sexs bagi pasangan menikah di jepang seolah olah menjadi hal yang kontradiktif berbeda image jepang dengan gelombang pornografi yang sudah melekat di seluruh dunia.
Berikut data yang diambil dari survey departemen kesehatan di jepang akhir akhir ini.Dari statistik tersebut bisa di ketahui bahwa 34% pasangan di jepang menderita krisis sex .Lalu mengapa bisa terjadi demikian??
Ada beberapa faktor:

1.Stress kerja,budaya kerja adalah segalanya membuat bomerang juga bagi kehidupan sexs mereka.
2.Kurangnya pemahaman alat kontrasepsi seperti pil contohnya sehingga mereka akan giat sexs disaat hanya menginginkan seorang bayi dan menganggap sexs bukanlah kebutuhan utama.
3.Banyak wanita yang lebih memilih karier ketimbang sebagai ibu rumah tangga.
4.Laki laki jepang lebih menyukai kerja dan perusahaan ketimbang sex dengan istri istri mereka.Hasrat sexual mereka biasanya disalurkan ke club club yang menyediakan gadis gadis nakal.Kadang mereka menganggap istri bukanlah mitra sex yang baik untuk pemenuhan hasrat mereka.

Para lelaki Jepang yang menganggap dayatarik dirinya bagi sang istri ada pada kemampuan mereka untuk bekerja keras kadang berlawanan dengan istri mereka dirumah yang hening merindukan sex ,sedang sang suami memilih untuk beristirahat di rumah.Sehingga wajar bila dalam 10 tahun terakhir perceraian hampir 2x lipat bagi pasangan di jepang.

Once you receive a diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma, more tests will be done to determine whether cancer cells have spread to other parts of the body. This is called "staging". Your doctor will need to know the stage of the cancer in order to plan treatment.
Staging is the process by which doctors judge how dangerous a cancer is in a patient. When staging a cancer, doctors investigate where the cancer is located, the size of the cancerous tumor, whether the cancer has spread to other body parts, and if the cancer is affecting other bodily functions. By running a series of diagnostic tests, doctors ascertain the information they need to plan an effective treatment and judge the patient’s prognosis.

It is important that doctors have a common system for staging cancer so they can easily exchange information about patients. Although there are many different kinds of cancer, the TNM system, developed by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) is the system used for most varieties of cancer. (Cancers of the spinal cord or brain, as well as lymphoma, do not warrant use of the TNM system). When using the TNM system, doctors assign a numeric value to a “T”, “N”, and “M” category.

The “T” category is used to classify the original tumor. Doctors assign a numerical value between 0 and 4 to the tumor, with 4 indicating a large tumor that has grown deep into adjacent structures. The “T” value of the tumor can also be an “Tx” meaning the tumor can’t be measured, or a “Tis,” which indicates the tumor is in situ (the tumor has not grown into nearby tissues).
The “N” category measures if, and to what extent, the cancer has spread to neighboring lymph nodes. Like the “T” category, the “N” category is assigned a value of 0-4, with the higher “N” values indicating a larger area of affected lymph nodes. A “Nx” value means the nearby lymph nodes cannot be evaluated.

The “M” category is used to tell whether the cancer has generated any distant metastases. Distant metastases are areas far from the site of the tumor that show signs of cancerous cells. Usually, the presence of distant metastasis indicates the cancer has entered the bloodstream. The “M” category only has three possible values: “Mx” (metastasis can’t be evaluated), “0” (no distant metastases) and “1” (metastasis has occurred).
When all three TNM values have been found, doctors then assign the cancer a stage value of 0-IV. (Some stages are subdivided into categories like IIIa or IIIb as well.) Once the stage is determined, a doctor can give a prognosis and decide on the most effective treatment.
The standard for staging mesothelioma is as follows:
Localized malignant mesothelioma Stage I: The cancer is located in the lining of the chest cavity near the lung and heart, or in the diaphragm or the lung.
Advanced malignant mesothelioma Stage II: The cancer has spread beyond the lining of the chest to lymph nodes in the chest.
Stage III: The cancer has spread into the chest wall, center of the chest, heart, through the diaphragm, or abdominal lining, and in some cases, into nearby lymph nodes.
Stage IV: The cancer has spread to distant organs or tissues.

In fact, based purely on fatality statistics, working in an American shipyard during World War II was almost as deadly as fighting in the war.
During World War II, 16.1 million Americans were called to arms. The combat death rate was about 18 per thousand service members. About 4.3 million Americans worked in shipyards during the war. For every thousand wartime shipyard employees, about 14 died of asbestos-related cancer, and an unknown number died of asbestosis or complications from it.

It is well documented that the civilian asbestos industry concealed the dangers of asbestos and misled the public and its own workers. The asbestos industry's cover-up did not keep the truth from federal health officials, among them Navy doctors and other government health experts. Naval medical authorities were aware that asbestos posed a danger early on.

A Navy medical bulletin published in 1922 listed asbestos work as a hazardous occupations and suggested that respirators be used in the workplace.
Late 1930s handbooks for Navy medical corpsmen discussed the hazards asbestos workers faced. In 1941 the Navy's chief officer for preventive medicine wrote of asbestos workers in shipyards: ``I am certain that we are not protecting the men as we should.''

The Navy was clearly aware of the problem, and at the height of the wartime shipbuilding effort in 1943, it issued a document specifying ``Minimum Requirements for Safety and Industrial Health in Contract Shipyards.'' These standards regulated asbestos work in all yards that built or repaired Navy ships. They required the segregation of dust-producing jobs and special ventilation of dusty areas, and mandated that asbestos workers wear respirators and receive periodic medical examinations. The shipyards were expected to enforce those standards.

Years later, a World War II era Navy industrial health officer testified that the Navy could have built ships during the war in ways that would have minimized health risks. But the military establishment chose to ignore breaking the rules in order to maintain high production levels.

A 1984 medical survey of shipyard workers at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth showed that an incredible 79 percent exhibited signs of lung abnormalities consistent with asbestos exposure. X-rays given to 90 wives of shipyard workers revealed that eight, or 9 percent, showed similar abnormalities.

Investigators have shown that the Navy dragged its feet in removing asbestos from its ships and in finding alternatives. The Navy was concerned more about money, viable asbestos alternatives, and military preparedness. The Navy used 298 asbestos-containing products in its ships, and it would take years, and millions of dollars, to safely remove and replace the insulation material from the fleet.
